Hi, I’m Noni—your Confidence Coach.
I believe confidence is built through consistent practice, self-awareness, and the courage to show up for yourself. As your coach, I’m here to be your guide, teammate, and ambassador for positive change. My approach blends fitness, nutrition, movement therapy, and mindset coaching to help you build a body and mind you can trust for life.
I value all areas of personal growth, and I know that lasting change comes from self-awareness and personal commitment. My role is to share knowledge, meet you where you’re at, and give you the tools to move forward—at your pace, in your way. Together, we’ll build strength, resilience, and habits that help you live boldly and confidently.
With an academic background in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering, extensive certifications in fitness, movement science, nutrition, and coaching psychology, and years of experience teaching and training, I bring both science and empathy to every client relationship. Whether we’re working on movement, recovery, nutrition, or mindset, my mission is the same: to help you feel at home in your body and empowered in your life.

My Journey
Movement has always been part of my life. I grew up dancing, playing competitive sports, and thriving in being active. But when health challenges struck, everything I loved came to a halt. For a time, I felt disconnected from my own body—unsure if I’d ever move the way I once had.
Through those challenges, I discovered that movement could be more than performance—it could be healing. Bit by bit, I rebuilt, learning patience, self-awareness, and the skills and tools to support true recovery. That process sparked a lifelong curiosity about how the body and mind work together, and it inspired me to develop a holistic approach that blends science with compassion, and conventional training with non-traditional methods.
As a coach, this allows me to meet clients exactly where they are, honoring their unique stories while guiding them with both knowledge and empathy.
My goal is always the same: to help people create lasting, sustainable change, build confidence, and feel empowered in their own bodies.
