Welcome to Noni My Confidence Coach Ltd. (NMCC). These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that support a respectful, professional, and effective coaching environment. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any consultation, assessment, program, package, or service, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Consultation Requirements
All new clients—including those redeeming gift certificates—must begin with a free consultation. This ensures I understand your goals, medical background, current abilities, and readiness so I can recommend the most appropriate next step.
You will be guided directly on which service to book following the consultation.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings must be made through my scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling).
Clients are responsible for booking and managing their appointments unless otherwise arranged directly with me.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance through the booking system.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce your session time.
3. Cancellation Policy
To respect both our time and schedule:
24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited or charged in full.
No-shows are charged as a full session.
This applies to all appointments, including assessments, training sessions, and sessions redeemed through packages or gift certificates.
4. Packages, Subscriptions & Session Credits
Packages
Packages are non-refundable but can be transferred.
Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Sessions redeemed from a package follow the same cancellation policy above.
Package usage will be tracked via follow-up emails.
Subscriptions
Subscription monthly payments are processed automatically
Subscriptions may cancelled before next payment date.
Missed or cancelled sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Gift Certificates
Gift certificate holders must complete a free consultation before redeeming or booking any session. This ensures correct matching to the appropriate session type.
Gift certificates are:
Non-refundable
Not redeemable for cash
Valid for the duration specified on the certificate
6. Assessments & Program Design
Your assessment is a personalized, professional service that requires preparation time, movement analysis, and report creation. Assessment fees are non-refundable once completed.
Program design fees include the creation of custom materials, training blocks, rehab plans, or ongoing coaching support and are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless previously arranged.
Accepted forms of payment include Stripe and other online payment methods available through the booking system.
Outstanding invoices must be cleared before booking or attending further sessions.
8. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information, injuries, or medical conditions.
NMCC is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health information or failure to follow prescribed guidance.
9. Communication
All scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations can be done through scheduling system or via text/email 24hrs before session
Email and text communication may be used for clarifying questions or special circumstances.
10. Changes to Terms
Policies may be updated periodically to reflect best practices and evolving business needs. By continuing to book and engage with NMCC services, you agree to the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.
